Terms of service

Commission Info- Must pay fully before your commission is started.
- Shibayakii will remain in contact and provide you with progress updates throughout art process. Stages of progress generally include: Sketch, Line art, Base Colors, Final.
- Changes to the art work should be communicated during their respectful stages. Excessive/Major changes may be subjected to additional fees.
- Shibayakii will wait for approval after every stage before continuing onto the next stage. Keep in mind, the longer it takes to respond, the longer your commission could take.
- Shibayakii takes full responsibility of any changes needed upon skipping approval from the client at any stage. (Typically during rushed commissions)
- Once your commission is completed, you will be provided with a png file of the finished illustration.
- Shibayakii is not be responsible for any files lost after delivery/commission is completed.COMPLETION TIME AVERAGES FROM 1-2 MONTHS (Unless paid for rush commission)If commission time is to extend 2 months on rare occasion, frequent updates will be given by Shibayakii to keep commissioner in the loop.

Artist Rights
- Shibayakii reserves all rights to the Commissioned work.
- Shibayakii has the right to refuse business and/or block any customer if terms listed in TOS are violated.
- Shibayakii has the right to decline, cancel, and/or refund for any reason they see fit.
- Shibayakii reserves the right to display all commissioned work on any personal websites / pages.
- Shibayakii reserves the rights to recycle any rejected sketches for personal or commercial.

Customer RightsNo personal information (paypal,e-mail, address etc.) will be saved, shared nor sold.- The Client retains all rights to characters they own.
- The Client does NOT have the right to remove the watermark, or claim the artwork as their own.
- The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial format.
- The Client may upload the artwork to their personal website and/or gallery, as long as credit to artist is clearly given.

Payment Info- Payments are made in USD ($).
- PayPal is currently the primary method of payment.
- Short payment plans are available on a case to case basis if discussed. Typically with higher priced commissions.
- FULL REFUNDS are available at any time before your illustration process has been started
- PARTIAL REFUND of commission price may be available if your commission is already in the works.
- PARTIAL REFUND RATES:
Sketch: 70%
Line art: 50%
Coloring: 20%
- If a Refund is forced, The client is subject to be BLACKLISTED from ever commissioning Shibayakii again in the future.
